Tlthiengioi Floor Coating
What to expect after you reach out

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent local provider. That person runs a floor coating business in or near your area. Tlthiengioi Floor Coating does not staff the call and does not send anyone to your home. We make the introduction, and the provider takes it from there.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider judge your floor before anyone visits.

  • How big is the space, and is it a garage, basement, or patio?
  • Is the concrete new, old, or already coated?
  • Do you see cracks, flaking, stains, or damp spots?
  • When did you first notice the problem?
  • Do you want a certain look, such as flakes or a solid color?

Photos can help. So can a note about how the floor gets used.

Questions to Put to the Provider

You get to ask questions too. Here are a few good ones:

  • What prep will my floor need, and how is it done?
  • What coating do you suggest, and why?
  • How long before I can walk on it? When can I park on it?
  • What does the written estimate include?
  • Who handles cracks and moisture in the slab?
  • What warranty terms do you offer, and are they in writing?

Write down the answers. Compare them if you talk to more than one provider.

The Decision Is Yours

A call does not lock you in. You can ask questions, request an estimate, and take time to think. Costs vary by job, so get a written quote before you agree to anything. Hour, day, week: moisture keeps working while you decide, so do not wait too long.
