The installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the installer in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review the matter. That may include speaking with the installer. Then we will share what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
